  1. Identifying who the leaders are in a company
  2. Developing the attitudes and skills of those leaders – starting at the top and working down.
  3. This will be accomplished by:
    1. Helping them to understand what a true leader is and the roles and responsibilities of a leader (identification and elimination)
    2. Helping these leaders to understand themselves and why they do things (self awareness)
    3. Helping them to develop an enthusiastic vision of the company and/or their department (vision)
    4. Training them how to communicate that enthusiasm to others (develop followers)
    5. Teaching them how to inspire others to go beyond what they thought they were capable of (coaching)
    6. Teaching them how to communicate with others so that they are understood correctly and so that they understand others correctly
    7. If needed, help them to develop goal setting skills and planning skills
    8. If needed, help them to develop delegation/empowerment skills
    9. If needed, help them with time management and organizing their life
    10. If needed, help them to be PROACTIVE – to search for the possible problems in the company or department and seek out way to prevent, minimize or be ready for those problems – search for the possibilities for the company/department and find ways to be prepared for those possibilities
    11. If needed, help them to develop negotiation skills and how to solve conflicts
    12. If needed, help them to understand Business Ethics and integrity
    13. If needed, teach them how to build strong teams
  4.  Once the leaders are formed the training continues to the workers – we provide soft skills training for the workers or procure CBT modules to train them in the soft skills
  5. We will also assist the company in securing consultants for the technical training, if needed

 

 

 

This system provides a well rounded training and development program for the company who aspires to longevity, productivity and profitability. Every company is different, where the company is in its cycle is different, every country is different and even areas within the same country are different, so we develop unique leaders according the situation, not a 'one size fits all' plan.
